Create New Products

All products held in our warehouse must be added to the Sitruna Logistics dashboard.

Adding new products is easy, and can be done 1x1 on the dashboard, or via a CSV upload.

Go to Inventory > Products and click + Create products in the top right corner.

To create a new product, simply fill out the information shown below and hit submit, or alternatively you can bulk upload products via CSV. Top Tip: Download the CSV file first and ensure the product details are in the correct format of the file so it uploads correctly to the system!

Note: The SKU must match the SKU from your sales channel to enable inventory and order sync.

Click on any existing product and select "Actions" to edit it's details.

• The SKU cannot be edited once a product has been created
